The original viewing station of the Chocolate Hills is a government-owned and operated resort called "Chocolate Hills Complex" located in Carmen, Bohol , about 55 kilometres (34 mi) from and about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from the town proper of Carmen, Bohol . he Chocolate Hills Complex has a restaurant, hostel with swimming pool and an observation deck where one could view and even count the hills at the view deck 210 feet (64 m) above the ground."
